Mechanical Turbo Charger
was developed to increase engine power by supplying additional
air and pressure to the engine
thereby increasing power, but more pollution.
SERVO Charger is an electronic version equipped with DSC microporcessor,
servo motor, turbo impeller and electronic driver.
The DSC microprocessors sensor reads engine RPM, air pressure
, air temperature and laternator impulse ; analyzes all the
input data and directs the servo motor to ratate and supply
the right amount of air to the engine at every specific instance/rpm
for optimum combustion efficiency (by adjusting the volume of
air to an ideal air and fuel mixture ratio at every instance
possible
in order to achieve perfect combustion thus maximixing engine
power, fuel savings and reducing emission). the servo
motor rotates from a low of RPM to a high of RPM according to
the microprocessors signal. It is like having a self-tuning
programmable computer box in your vehicle.
Furthemore, unlike a mechanical turbo charger, which only functions
when engine RPM is 3,000 and above, SERVO Charger
can imporove the response power starting from 600 to 5,000 RPM
(engine operates most economical between 1,000 to 3,000
rpm) enabling the engine to achieve maximum performance. |
